Ranges are not always in the form `1-2` or `A1-n` there are valid arguments such as `5 11 20`, `1-20~5-6`, `~5` and many more. @see http://manpages.ubuntu.com/manpages/xenial/en/man1/pdftk.1.html under cat operation section
This allows us to read the remaining metadata instead of raising an exception. We need this to read the page count in pdfs without an info dictionary. [1deg/application-server#4105]
