Agenda
- Work on delegated work
- Begin work on client
Good
- Group dynamic is good as always ❤️
- Git quality control of code is working well
- Fast progress when we actually clearly delegate responsibility and work
- Mads pulling a heavy load, and deserves all the love in the world 😍
- Code reviews in unison on big screen, when more complicated or large commits are made, is good
Room for improvement
- Poor organization
- Maintain the Git Kanban board
- Project management a horrid mess, holding back progress
- Too much "magic" in the code
- Scrum is maintained badly
- Nothing documented yet, and tht will mess us up towards the end
- Communication is below an acceptable level in terms of when people show up
- Everyone needs to take responsibility, as agreed upon in the group contract
- Maintaining Git logs properly will force us to plan better
- We work best when we have a plan before meeting, so let's plan
- Delegate homework
- Get better at looking through pull requests
- We need a standard for documenting our code
