For this listener, we otter use the same form as the "good morning" listener on line 138:
robot.respond /pun me/i, (msg) ->
msg.reply msg.random otterpunsThat pretty much reads "look for the phrase 'otterbot, pun me', and reply with a random entry from the 'otterpuns' list".
