- mirror() and file downloads in general now work with perl -l
- default headers from LWP::UserAgent object are passed to AnyEvent
- tests for that (there are three sets in mirror.t, two of them - 'perl -l' and 'headers' - would break with the old version)
- apply default headers at lwp_request2anyevent_request()
- spaces
