This commit replaces Hilt with Koin for dependency injection throughout the application.
- Replaced Timber with Kermit for logging to support Compose Multiplatform. - Updated DI module to provide Kermit Logger instances. - Injected Logger into relevant classes and replaced Timber calls with Kermit equivalents. - Configured Kermit with CrashlyticsLogWriter.
