First cut of making swixml 2 available via maven

I am trying to have a build that will allow swixml to be distributed via maven.

This changeset moves the core source to a conventional maven structure and provides a pom file to manage the build.

The library looks good but not being a maven artifact is a blocker for some. This would be very appreciated.

Thanks for your reply. Are you willing to let somebody else support it under the swixml project? Because the other options I see are fork or rewrite, which I would rather avoid.
