If you want to add CI to this, I'm not opposed, but please use the swiftlang GitHub repo actions so that we're consistent with other repositories within the organization. This is primarily an example executable package, to work alongside https://github.com/swiftlang/example-package-playingcard and https://github.com/swiftlang/example-package-deckofplayingcards. |

Adding a CI builds via GitHub Actions is beneficial, in my opinion, as it would allow removing of a test in Swift PM. We should utilize the re-usable workflows repository: https://github.com/swiftlang/github-workflows |
