SwiftUI formatter

Enhances the switdraw command line tool to output SwiftUI code. This is now the default of the tool but it can be adjusted using the --api option with any of swiftui | appkit | uikit

When using --api swiftui a view is output for an SVG defaulting to the SVG size.

SimpleView() // has a frame identical to the size within the SVG image

Add .resizable() to fill the available space

SimpleView()
   .resizable() // grows to fill available space

Or to provide a custom size

SimpleView()
   .resizable()
   .frame(width: 300, height: 300)
