feat: Update for iOS SDK 4.12.0

Document iOS SDK 4.12.0 updates, including the new "Request permission" paywall action and paywall preloading events.

This PR adds a new guide for requesting permissions from paywalls, expands SuperwallEvent reference coverage with new permission and preloading events, updates the SuperwallDelegate analytics example, and syncs release metadata to reflect the 4.12.0 release.
