Hey @tokdaniel any feedback on this one/things to change? I'm a bit less familiar w the cypress workflow - may ask you for an internal overview session on that (so that I can open future PRs in a way that also updates our tests if needed) |

Supporting Hardhat as a testnet option.
Note that, by default, no data will be available when hardhat is selected.
Potential Next Steps/changes beyond this PR:
-Allow for optional subgraph endpoints and optional local rpc urls
-Rename 'Hardhat' to 'Localhost' to imply support for Anvil, Ganache
Note that a new example repo is in development which will make running a local subgraph + deploying the framework locally as simple as possible
