This PR intend to update the fee collection mechanism :
Currently, the LPP mechanism is asymetric (user deposit ETH to create LP position but they collect ETHx as LP fees)
User who provide liquidity from their Reserve now receive ETH instead of ETHx when they collect the trading fees generated by their positions.
