You can use any bank account you want when creating the expense on Open Collective.

I’m not up to date about the SVB issue as you described. But please let me know if you are able to create an expense with another bank account then your own.

Yes I have just created an expense invoice using my GBP account details. I realized that I can use GBP instead of USD.
