Please download, install, and start NmrLineGuru according to the repo page:
https://github.com/stonefonly/NmrLineGuru

The newest version is 2.1 with freshly added features. Please install the newest version before you try any examples in the tutorials.

After starting the software, a GUI selector will appear:

You'll need to select the binding model and action (simulate or fit). Then the corresponding GUI will appear to simulate or fit NMR lineshape data with the specified model.

Please read the tutorials listed on the right side for how to correctly use these GUIs.

Note:

Please read "0. common questions" first for basic concepts and how to properly collect experimental NMR titration data.

Before you use NmrLineGuru for your own data or project, please repeat the example simulations/fittings in the tutorials and make sure you can reproduce the example results.

This software simulate and fit 1D NMR lineshape. If your data is 2D, please use the sparky plugin to extract 1D, see "7. Sparky plugin guide". If it's already 1D, check our format guide "8. Lineshape data format" to make sure it is compatible.

You can use the fitted parameter values to run simulations, or use the simulated data to test fittings. The combination of simulation and fitting can help you better understand your data.
