Improved the test replay highlighting system to provide better visual feedback during Playwright test execution.

Changes

• Removed scrollIntoView calls for better performance
• Added action-specific highlighting colors and animations:
  • Click: Red with pulsing effect
  • Fill: Blue with inset glow
  • Check/Uncheck: Green/Orange with scaling
  • Select: Purple with subtle scaling
  • Hover: Cyan with gentle pulse
  • Focus: Indigo with inset glow
• Enhanced text highlighting with gradients and shadows
• Improved timing and smooth transitions
