π I'm a Computer Science + Neuroscience student at the University of Maryland fascinated by computer vision, neural nets, and LLMs. My current experience in software engineering includes both frontend and backend development as well as app dev (Flutter + React Native). I've also worked with machine learning models and recently completed a project that combines my interest in LLMs with my interest in the medical field. Now, I'm pursuing research within the field of computer vision in the Perception and Robotics Group at UMD. My previous internships include a 2 year internship at Rising Team, where I helped build company product components among other contributions.
βοΈ Incoming @ Google Cloud - Applied AI during Summer 2026!
ποΈ Shopify Engineering Intern @ NYC during Summer 2025. Lots of MCP and LLM experience!
π¬ CV + Robotics Research: Still relatively new, but I'm an undergraduate researcher at UMD's Perception and Robotics Group. Learning lots and assisting in research about optical flow in computer vision currently, but looking to switch gears a little and focus a little more on embodied AI and robotics.
βοΈ I write about Gen AI (particularly Gemini), computer vision, and cool research I read about on my blog Code Meets Cognition. Feel free to check it out, as well as the code samples pinned below!
π± Director of Engineering @ Hack4Impact-UMD: Co-led AI-first approaches to software solutions for non-profits, advised project team technical directions, and organized a variety of engineering events. Was a Tech Lead for 2 years. Past projects I've worked on as a TL includes:
- Winrock International (Spring 2025 - Fall 2025) - Built a dashboard and webforms to streamline client applications and organize information in a user-intuitive manner
- Hack4Impact Application Tool (Fall 2024) - Overhauling application process utilized by 200+ prospective applicants, making it cleaner and easier to navigate the process
- All District Reads project (Spring/Summer 2024) - Mobile and web development for the All District Reads nonprofit

β¨ Default Rate Prediction: Project done for Bitcamp 2024. Uses three input variables - weather data, interest rate, and employment rate - and predicts the default rate. Utilizes LSTMs and data augmentation using Gen AI to measure and increase accuracy of predictions. Written in Python.
β¨ Recall Pit: An app available on both iOS and Android that pulls recalled items announced by the FDA/CPSC/USDA and compiles them into an accessible and easily readable format. Built using Flutter/Dart and hosted database backend on Google Cloud.
