This pull request updates the README.md to reflect significant improvements to the agent system and command structure in OpenCode. The most important changes include the addition of a new agent, renaming and clarifying agent roles, and introducing a new command for initializing project instructions. These updates improve clarity for users and make the documentation more consistent with the current implementation.

Agent system updates:

• Added a new advisory agent (Ahithopel) and updated the agent count from 10 to 11, with all agents now listed by their specialized names and roles for better clarity.
• Renamed existing agents to use unique names (e.g., Jethro (orchestrator), Caleb (explorer), etc.) and clarified each agent’s responsibilities and access levels.

Command and configuration improvements:

• Replaced the /openmemory-init command with /init-deep, which now initializes AGENTS.md instructions for guiding agents on project-specific patterns and conventions.
• Updated example configuration blocks to use JSONC syntax for better readability and added agent names to match the new naming convention. [1] [2]
