Creating a Solidworks Addin from scratch. Without the use of Solidworks SDK

• Create C# Library Project
• Configure properties
  • Assembly Information
    • Activate Make Assembly-Com Visible
  • Enable Register for COM Interop
• Build project
• Register generated DLL using RegASM.exe in .NETFramework folder
• Note: Make sure to use Framework 64 while registering the plugin

Sample command:

C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\RegAsm.exe "C:\Users\bbandyop\D ocuments\CAD-SolidWorks-Addin\TestSolidWorksAddin\bin\Debug\KarmaCAD-OB.dll" /co debase

• Change Debug to point Solidworks installation
