피버타임 검증 시 클라이언트의 조작을 방지하기 위해 스트릭 발생시간을 기준으로 검증하였습니다

TO-BE

스트릭이 실시간으로 검증되는것이 아니기에 피버타임 시작 시간과 비교하도록 수정하였습니다.
