Feedback on the PR:
default should be removed, as B4 no longer has btn-default
/lang/ files also need to be updated to add new labels, remove unneeded labels
ideally should have some type of indicator that this requires B4.
(apologies for just posting notes; if needed, I can prepare another PR with these changes)
