Port to es 5.1

This PR bumps elasticsearch version to 5.1.1. The code is ready for review (the code compiles and passes all unit tests).

This PR resolves issue #108

Hi , while we we greatly appreciated the contribution we're currently working hard on releasing the new backend component which is a rewrite to support many new features. we will merge this one too as soon as we're finish with that one as there might be some use still. thanks

Hi Jeff new backend will be freemium, terms to be defined.
