Thanks! I will have a go at looking what you've fixed.Would this be something that would also be valuable for the current Python 3 version? |

@simonvh I basically add an CLI argument that allows TRACK_LABEL to be changed so that it does not have to be file names. The label position is definitely useful (because we are often interested in promoter regions) but not perfect yet. |
