Summary

Add npm version, CI, license, Node.js, and TypeScript badges to README
Expand package keywords for better npm discoverability
Add CI smoke test job: packs tarball, installs in temp dir, runs CLI commands
Bump version to 0.1.1

Test plan

CI passes (build-and-test matrix + smoke-test job)
npm pack --dry-run shows only dist/, README.md, LICENSE
Badges render on GitHub README
npx -y @tripwire-mcp/tripwire --help works after publish
