- Rename package from @simonrueba/tripwire to @tripwire-mcp/tripwire
- Add prepublishOnly (clean + build + test)
- Add LICENSE and README.md to package files
- Add GitHub Actions CI: Node 18/20/22 matrix, build/test/lint/typecheck
- Update all install examples and .mcp.json references
