Unity Catalog OSS v0.3.1 doesn't support Iceberg writes yet (only Delta). The /iceberg endpoint is read-only for UniForm compatibility. Tests will fail until UC adds Iceberg REST write support. - Add unity-catalog service to docker-compose.yml - Add unity-catalog-setup to create dlt_test schema - Add test_unity_catalog.py with full test suite - Update CI to wait for unity-catalog-setup container
