Make all the triggering of events be from the correct context (like in jQuery UI's sortable)
Add tests for the context of an event. Add method to simulate receive event.
Add the dragged items to the ui event argumen.
Add filter option and table example.

The events are now triggered with the correct context (like jQuery-ui's sortable).
Make it work on any element type (tested on tables).
Add more tests.
