MIST_codes

Routines to run and process a grid of MESA models on the Odyssey computing cluster at Harvard.

Prerequisites

• MESA v7503 (http://mesa.sourceforge.net/)
• iso (https://github.com/dotbot2000/iso)

You must have the following environment variables set:

• $MESAWORK_DIR = copy of the star/work directory from MESA
• $ISO_DIR = path to the iso directory
• $MIST_CODE_DIR= path to this MIST_code directory
