add linux aarch64 build & support for AdoptOpenJDK

It packages JDK via AdoptOpenJDK using install4j built-in setup. In addition, added support for ARM64 (aarch64).

Unfortunately, we can't integrate it right now. If we provide the installer, we must test it too. And currently we don't have ARM64 test platform. But it might come in the future.
