some python script used for PES2017 My Club mode player and scout

1. finished a crawler to download all player and scout database from http://pesdb.net/pes2017/

there are 9901 players and 1187 players can be 100% assigned.

2. make auto search based on your scout

find all 100% players find all players which only need 1 more scout
