podman is installed but not running:

$ podman --version
podman version 4.9.3

$ podman info
WARN[0000] "/" is not a shared mount, this could cause issues or missing mounts with rootless containers 
cannot clone: Operation not permitted
Error: cannot re-exec process

Blocked by this now.

Also, need to install podman-compose in there.
