ReflectionUtil is a very lightweight set of classes for getting reflection-based information about classes.

It is used by QueryResultBuilder. Originally QueryResultBuilder used the Jakarta Commons Beanutils, but after reviewing how much of the API it was using, I determined that bringing in the Beanutils jar was overkill. So I rewrote it and then factored out this as its own component.
