adding validation protection

• The scale-agentex package will pull down these images and fail if the tests do not pass. If there is something wrong with the image (i.e. it doesn't run, or the the tests don't exist), it will fail and a fix on the tutorial will need to be pushed up for this to be fixed.
• This will check to make sure that these image validation tests pass before the PR with the changes can be merged.
