📋 Description
This PR fixes the issue where no confirmation message was shown after submitting the feedback form. Previously, users had no visual indication that their feedback was successfully submitted, which could cause confusion and repeated submissions.
The update introduces a clear inline success message that appears immediately after form submission, resets the form fields, and automatically hides after a few seconds to maintain a clean UI. This improves user experience and form usability without affecting existing layout or functionality.
