This PR adds a dedicated “Pro Tips for GSSOC Contributors” section to the GSSOC page to provide actionable guidance for beginners before they register or start contributing.
Currently, the page jumps directly from informational content to the registration CTA, which can feel like being handed a map without a compass. This new section bridges that gap by offering clear, practical tips on how to start contributing effectively.
Solution Implemented
Added a new Pro Tips section below the CTA section
Designed beginner-focused tip cards with icons and concise guidance
Maintained visual consistency with existing theme (colors, gradients, spacing)
Implemented responsive grid layout for mobile and desktop
No breaking changes to existing layout, scripts, or components
