Updates all documentation references from the old "Explore" page to the new "Pod Templates" section in RunPod Hub. Changes include updating template visibility descriptions, browse templates links, and ComfyUI tutorial template discovery instructions to use the new URL: https://console.runpod.io/hub?tabSelected=templates
