The current version isn't able to pull Submodules, it can be only cloned but will be out of sync because it can't be pulled in subsequent pulls.

JGit lib version updated.

Fixed the problem that keeps the git repo locked to the java process by closing it.

Thank you for the PR. With version #35 we have updated to the latest possible jgit versions we can support today. If there is still functionality you need from this PR please open a new one after #35 is merged later this week.
