Successfully using Pyzor and Razor as external services requires setting default scores (see: cgt/rspamd-plugins#1 (comment)). Update the documentation to show how to do this in the latest version of rspamd, using local.d/external_services_group.conf.

local.d/external_services_group.conf.This commit also updates the Pyzor column to a green tick on the comparison page as Pyzor support is now included by default and the documentation clearly shows how to set it up.
