This modification lets
/cargo-ships-get-oil-settingsand/cargo-ships-set-oil-settingsto now accept either a planet or a surface as input. This is necessary for the commands to work with Space Exploration.I tested Nauvis and many surfaces in Space Exploration.
However, I do not own Space Age so I can not test the other planets from that DLC.
