There are some errors showing after PHP 8.3 that gave "html_entity_decode(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($string) of type string is deprecated" errors and caused issues with the button sizes being too large in the Customize admin overlay. These should fix them.
Should also help fix the error "PHP Notice: Function _load_textdomain_just_in_time was called incorrectly. Translation loading for the scriptless-social-sharing domain was triggered too early." experienced by another user.
Needs testing, might need a few more tweaks too. None of the versioning was updated.
