Scale bars allowed now in both physical units and fraction modes, and accounting for image resizing.

Changes:

  • Added imageio as depedency
  • Updated PanelCreator._add_scalebar to handle both physical units and fraction cases
  • Now both modes work as following:
    • For physical units: scale bar length is calculated as (physical_length / pixel_size) * resize_factor
    • For fraction mode: physical length is calculated using the original image width before resizing
