The science team have rolled out a custom PyPi repository instead of using git. All Python projects that depend on
mlemrequire PyPi credentials for their build step. This includesml-model-storage-sync. I have decided to extend our reusable docker workflow to use secret mounts so that I can inject these credentials into our builds.
