When working on https://www.drupal.org/project/multiversion_sequence_filter/issues/3027838 I figured that changes marked as deleted are not propagated as such, when the entity revision is not marked as _deleted itself.
This PR fixes this by keeping a list of deleted revisions and propagating this via the usual 'deleted' flag in documents.
