RELEASE_TRACK_ARTIST has two columns TRACK_ID and TRACK_TMP_ID, TRACK_ID is always empty and TRACK_TMP_ID names gives the impression it has no value but is actually required to match track artist row to track in RELEASE_TRACK either via ID or TMP_ID as both have same value, so just drop TMP_ID
