Note that
GH_APP_IDneeds moved from secrets to vars (the value should be111277985, which is not secret as it can be accessed with the GitHub API), see https://docs.github.com/en/actions/how-tos/write-workflows/choose-what-workflows-do/use-variables#defining-configuration-variables-for-multiple-workflowsDoes part of #2367, however this needs more testing as I'm not sure how to test this one myself.
