Motivation

Recently there was a bug with alloy (alloy-rs/svm-rs#179) and because of this our CI and local dev environment were having issues with compilation. We needed to bump the svm-rs and svm-rs-builds deps to the new release that fixes the issue. This also required us to bump Rust version.

Solution

• Update the deps with their new release version
• Refactor repo based on rainix-rs-static output
