Adds the ability to expose all PowerPlug Devices to Homeassistant using the MQTT - Interface.
Now its possible that all PowerPlug Devices, which are defined in the
devices.yaml- file are automatically exposed as devices to Homeassistant. This works by using the given Device - API of the MQTT integration. This makes the setup for devices in HomeAssistant way easier since you dont need to manually specify the powerplug devices anymore.
