Quick mitigation measures for #861

This won't fix the root cause, as it's an upstream issue.

However, if the error is only temporary, not removing bookmark may reduce the need and frustration of frequent user manually set directory or initialization (open the app).

But errors will still occur silently, such as script injection failures without user feedback.

A more thorough solution requires a significant overhaul of backend refactoring, such as caching data and improving user interface error feedback. This will take time.

The failure may be temporary, and not removing the bookmark may alleviate the need for user interaction and frustration, but it does not solve the underlying problem, and the error will still occur silently.
