## Description - API Reference 페이지 구조를 한국어와 동일하게 통일 (en/ja/ko) - `api-reference/index.mdx` 파일을 `api-reference.mdx`로 변경하여 페이지 구조 일관성 확보 - 한국어 API Reference 문서를 영어, 일본어로 번역하여 다국어 지원 완료 - 영어/일본어 API Reference index 페이지 내용 추가 (API 소개, 시작 가이드, 명칭 가이드 등) ## Changes - `src/content/en/api-reference.mdx`: 신규 생성 (234줄) - `src/content/en/api-reference/index.mdx`: 삭제 - `src/content/ja/api-reference.mdx`: 신규 생성 (234줄) - `src/content/ja/api-reference/index.mdx`: 삭제 - `src/content/ko/api-reference/index.mdx` → `src/content/ko/api-reference.mdx`: 파일명 변경 (93% 유사도)
