Remove badges. Code Climate badge broken (uses img with src that returns a non-image), build status uses Travis CI is is no longer accurate. Coverage badge shows 0%, which doesn't sound accurate. Gem version badge is accurate, but I'm not sure it's worth displaying. Update supported test frameworks. Ideas mostly from qrush#103.
