Update the action usage to the correct repository path in examples. Enhance file format detection with error handling for unreadable files and add fallback handling for unknown XML and JSON formats in tests. Introduce retry logic for transient errors in coverage file uploads and improve test coverage for detecting Cobertura XML files.
