Remove references to parsely, parse.ly, Parsely, Parse.ly. Add Andrew Montalenti as copyright holder (project creator). This spans reStructuredText files, Python files, and a Ruby example file. The only one I wasn't 100% sure about was related to ReadTheDocs grouping in doc/conf.py.

Ah, I realize I made a mistake here. Should use my name in the conf.py metadata fields where needed, not "pystorm". Will fix.
